3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude vehicle tax, registration fees, insurance and any other applicable charges.

3.2 Payment terms and accepted methods will be outlined and agreed during the sales process. A deposit may be required to secure a vehicle.

3.3 Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of any deposit paid.

4. Delivery and Collection

4.1 Delivery and collection arrangements will be agreed at the time of purchase. Additional fees may apply for delivery services.

4.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle upon collection or delivery and to report any concerns immediately.

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1 All sales are final. Refunds or returns will only be offered where required under UK consumer law or if agreed explicitly in writing.

5.2 Orders cancelled prior to final payment may incur an administrative fee to cover handling or preparation costs.

6. Warranties

6.1 All vehicles are sold as seen unless otherwise agreed. Any warranty or guarantee will be clearly discussed and confirmed in person at the time of sale.

6.2 Coastline Autos LTD does not provide any warranty, guarantee or after-sale cover beyond what is explicitly agreed at the point of purchase.

6.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any warranty terms or additional cover are fully understood and documented prior to completing the transaction.

6.4 Where applicable, manufacturer warranties or third-party warranty options may be available and will be explained at the time of purchase.

6.5 No verbal statements made by staff shall override or substitute the written terms agreed during the sale.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Coastline Autos LTD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, services or vehicles.

7.2 Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the vehicle or service purchased.
